Check whether the parameters (pressure, time, temperature), movement speed, and position of the positioning plate meet the requirements, and adjust the positioning rule. 4. For the first welding of a standard size, first press the positioning buttons of the two machine heads, and then place the profile to adjust the position of the machine head (so that the two ends of the profile are pushed to the rear positioning plate to move the positioning block), and then lock the handle.When welding the same size for the second time, put the profile and press the positioning button to position it. 5. Check that everything is normal (whether the profile is well pressed, the temperature is normal, etc.) and then press the automatic welding button. The welding process is automatically completed until the semi-finished or finished product is removed after resetting. 6. During the operation, if the hand is pressed or the profile is blocking the welding plate, press the emergency stop button to stop the action.Turn right after pressing to reset. 7. Turn off the air source switch after work is completed, and let go of the residual gas and water in the triplet. 8. Turn off the heating and control power of each head, and finally turn off the main power of the equipment.
